Cambridge ESOL has launched a new Online Speaking Practice for Cambridge English: Advanced to further enhance the range of preparation materials available for C1 level students. As with all Cambridge ESOL Online Speaking Practice tests, this test gives students authentic, interactive preparation for their Speaking test. Students will be able to: experience a real Cambridge ESOL examiner asking questions using video.

Με χαρά ανακοινώνουμε ότι το Κέντρο Εξετάσεων και Πιστοποιήσεων της Ελληνοαμερικανικής Ένωσης κατέληξε σε συμφωνία συνεργασίας με το Cambridge ESOL. Με τη συμφωνία, το Κέντρο Εξετάσεων και Πιστοποιήσεων ιδρύει αυτόνομο, ανοικτό εξεταστικό κέντρο το οποίο θα διεξάγει τις εξετάσεις του Cambridge ESOL στην Ελλάδα. Το νέο εξεταστικό κέντρο θα προσφέρει τις εξετάσεις Cambridge ESOL από τον Ιούνιο 2012 σε χώρους σε όλη την Ελλάδα.

Λόγω του δεύτερου γύρου των κοινοβουλευτικών εκλογών στην Ελλάδα, η Ελληνοαμερικανική Ένωση ανακοίνωσε ότι η ημερομηνία των εξετάσεων TOEIC® και TOEFL® Junior™ του Educational Testing Service (ETS®) που ήταν προγραμματισμένη για το Σάββατο 16 Ιουνίου 2012, μεταφέρεται. Η νέα ημερομηνία εξετάσεων είναι το Σάββατο 23 Ιουνίου 2012.

Who is responsible for the administration of the ECPE in Greece? The Hellenic American Union has exclusive responsibility for the administration of the ECPE in Greece. When is the ECPE administered? The examination is administered twice a year, in May and November. The written section of the examination is administered on a Saturday or Sunday and the speaking section is administered on the same or another day, before or after.

To accommodate the needs of candidates and Language School Owners, the Hellenic American Union has extended the deadline for the submission of applications for the June 2012 BCCE™ and ALCE™ examinations to Monday, May 28, 2012. Individual candidates who register through the online registration system ORFEAS for Individual Candidates may submit applications until 23:59 of the same day.

Budgeting your time is very important during the exam. Take several practice tests and time yourself to see how much time you can afford to spend on each section. Allow yourself some extra time for questions you find more challenging. Wear a watch so that you can time yourself during the exam. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Make sure you understand what a question is asking before you try to answer it.

In view of the date of the upcoming second round of parliamentary elections in Greece, the Hellenic American Union has revised the date of the Hellenic American University BCCE™ and ALCE™ written section examinations; both examinations will be administered on Saturday, June 23, 2012. Candidates who have already registered for the June 2012 examinations will be automatically reassigned to the new dates by the Hellenic American Union.
